Jarod Breaux, E.I.
Staff Engineer
Mr. Breaux has over 4 years of experience in the fields of geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing and inspection. His
experience includes construction materials testing; geotechnical design of deep and shallow foundation systems for single and multi-story
commercial, industrial, and residential structures; and management of the laboratory.

Mr. Breaux earned a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette.   He is the recipient of the Outstanding Graduate of
Civil Engineering award from ULL and the Louisiana’s Outstanding ASCE Graduate award.  Mr. Breaux holds three certifications from the
American Concrete Institute (ACI):  Certified Concrete Laboratory Testing Technician, Concrete Strength Testing Technician, and Aggregate
Testing Technician.  He is also NICET certified in Soils, Concrete, and Asphalt.  Jarod is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers
(ASCE), the American Concrete Institute (ACI), and Chi Epsilon: Civil Engineering Honor Society, and Tau Beta Pi: Engineering Honor
Society.

Ted Bordelon
Project Manager/Senior Engineering Technician
Mr. Bordelon is a project manager and senior engineering field technician in SITE Engineering’s construction materials testing services
department.  He has approximately 37 years of experience in the testing and inspection industry. His duties include inspection and testing of
all aspects of construction including but not limited to: subgrade proofrolling inspection, density/compaction testing, surcharge monitoring,
footing/foundation inspection, concrete testing and inspection, inspection of deep foundations elements such as drilled shafts, driven piles,
and auger cast piles, soil stabilization inspection, asphalt pavement inspection, and fireproofing inspection. Mr. Bordelon has experience in
pile load testing, welding inspection, bolt torque inspection, paint film thickness testing, and preparation of concrete mix designs.  He has
performed supplemental laboratory tests such as Atterberg Limits determinations, standard and modified Proctors, sieve analysis, and asphalt
core density determinations.  Mr. Bordelon is ACI certified and is a Certified Nuclear Density Gauge Operator.  

A.J. Daigle
Senior Field Technician
Mr. Daigle has over 7 years of experience in the fields of construction materials testing and inspection, as well as project management and
quality control work for the State of Louisiana. His experience includes inspecting roadways and bridges, quality control soil and concrete
testing, conducting pre-construction meetings for the Lafayette Consolidated Government, and managing projects for a mid-sized construction
company.  Mr. Daigle is an ACI certified Level I Concrete Field Technician, and a Certified Nuclear Density Gauge Operator.   He has also
received training and certification from the American Traffic Safety Services Association.
